This thing is a beast! Luckily my husband doesn't have any trouble putting away a
massive burrito. More of a breakfast burrito style, with chickpeas, potatoes, tempeh bacon, and cashew cheese sauce. Smothered in even more sauce! Very healthy and filling. I forgot to take a picture of the nachos, but those had the same cashew cheese sauce, which I thought was delicious. Great job making healthy, yet sinful vegan food. 😁
