Compound Chocolate Chip Cookie

I wasn’t the biggest fan of this cookie mainly because it was a little grainy and it had more of a sweet and salty taste. Besides that it was still very soft and I believe it had oats in it.

I put the wrong name this is actually the marshmallow chocolate cornflake cookie. This has to be one of the best vegan desserts I’ve ever had. I haven’t found a good vegan marshmallow until now. It wasn’t grainy like other vegan cookies I’ve had and the chocolate tasted like normal chocolate chips. I had it cold because I wasn’t in time for when they were fresh yet they still tasted BOMB so I can only imagine what it taste like fresh. If you are ever in the area you must go and try the pastries!
