Coconut Queso Quesadilla

Jajaja is such a nice option and they are in multiple locations in town! Always a great mexican bite.

A great appetizer to share with a friend. The veggies and cheese inside was very creamy and tasted exactly like a regular quesadilla. The sour cream was great for dipping.
