Coconut Ice Cream with Mango

Vegan dessert by the beach? Coco Mama's coconut ice cream with mangoes! I love that it's not too sweet. The coconut thin strips and mangoes are nice additions. You have to eat it immediately though because it melts faster than regular ice creams. Available in Boracay and La Union only.

Pretty good! One of the places we were looking for at Boracay and it was worth it. Worth a look!
