Claypot Noodle

I am not completely sure if the dish is correct, because it kind of looks more like another dish, Cantonese Style Noodle, but anyway, I was not a big fan of the taste because of the ginger in the broth, but if you like ginger then maybe this dish is for you. I have had better versions of this dish from other places and there are better dishes to get from here.
