Claypot Herbal Soup

I only wish Divine Realm Vegetarian Restaurant is nearer to home. They have the most options for vegetarian and vegan food to my liking. Have tried many times and this time I had the ‘Bak Kut Teh’(Claypot Herbal Soup). Instead of the usual oily Bak Kut Teh with pork ribs, this is wholesome, nutritious, rich with herbs, mushrooms, black fungus. Would be good to have more Dao Gee (dried beancurd strips/sheet).. which I love! It’s piping hot and I love it for sure to go with brown rice!
