Cider House Benny

I wouldn’t say I was blown away but I think this checked all the boxes of what an eggs Benny should be! Hollandaise sauce was yummy and the tofu egg was good!!

Nice texture tofu egg, tasty and rich hollandaise sauce, local Plant Base Bacun. Very delicious, and the home fries are absolute perfection!! Would definitely get this again! Pineapple jalapeno cider was refreshing but not very spicy at all!
