This was the first time I had cauliflower wings before and I'm so glad I chose Rutabagas Comfort Food!
These breaded Chipotle wings were drenched in a highly vinegar based spicy hot sauce absolutely addicting!! They were served with a side of elbow macaroni salad which was good to eat in between the wings for a taste bud tease between the distinct flavors of each.
I went into this restaurant to get this item to go and strictly told them I do not want any plastic products to be used, no napkins, no forks, no sack; the minimalist amount of packaging. I'm glad they served this dish in a very compostable cardboardish material container, but I was a little surprised they haven't already troubleshooted packaging fallout like I did. I barely consumed my last wing when the bottom just fell out. I am a C5 quadriplegic power wheelchair using individual so I could only clean up as best as I can until my next caregiver. I would definitely buy these wings again but be aware of the limited life of the packaging LOL!
