Creamy macaroon cheese topped with parmasan with a hit of spice #willows

Not the best vegan macaroni i’ve ever had. The added spice and pickled onion on top really improved the flavours 🧀

Such a great vegan restaurant with a good variety of delicious options.

I’m not convinced that this really was a mac and cheese. It was creamy and there was pasta, but it’s not what I taste when I think of mac and cheese. It’s very nice, but it didn’t quite hit exactly what I wanted from it, though I am very hard to please when it comes to mac and cheese
