Chickpea Waffle

I was so relieved that this restaurant had a vegan option on their menu! Absolutely delicious!

I'm always bleak when I visit wine farms and find either fries or a weak salad as my only lunch option. This time I did my homework beforehand and was delighted to find this filling, tasty and affordable vegan option at a world class wine estate. I also spotted a cauliflower steak on their menu (not sure if 100% vegan though).
