Chickie-Churri Street Tacos

This consisted of 3 soft tacos filled with smoky roasted cauliflower, organic chickpeas, purple and green cabbage, creamy chimichurri, and pickled onions. These had a creative and delicious combination of flavors. Served cold with Juanita’s chips and a lively tangy salsa.
