Chicken Salad Sandwich

I love that vidas uses sourdough bread that gets toasted on the grill, in my opinion the bread can make it break a sandwich. The chicken salad is fantastic, came with tomato and lettuce, and it's a mouthful! The owner is also always very nice, if it were closer to me I would eat here much more often.

I don't generally like #chickensalad because of the celery and dill, but because this was on a sandwich with other ingredients, it was pretty good! The best part was the red #grapes in the chicken salad which gave it a delightful sweetness! I've never seen that before, but it was brilliant. The #veganmayo also helped calm the flavors that I don't love and combined well with everything. As always, the #sourdough was toasted perfectly. A #greatvalue at just $13, especially with everything being homemade! This Chicken Salad sandwich was FANTASTIC! @edav334 and I each ordered a sandwich and split! I chose the chicken salad. I've had it as a side years ago when they opened, and it was a touch salty, but this was delicious. The sandwich was stuffed with #vegan chicken, fresh dill, crunchy celery, sweet red grapes, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion, and served delicious fresh sourdough. It was great. I loved the flavor combinations, with both #savory and a hint of sweet.
