So many vegan options at this brewery, and they even do half off for meatless Mondays! This time I had the chicken melt, which was fantastic. They use #seitan from @seitansrealmcbus, melty #veganmozzarella, #veganpesto, and sundried tomatoes to make an incredible, flavor-packed sandwich. This was my favorite sandwich on the menu. It was so flavorful and you can't beat the Meatless Monday price of $7. This sandwich comes with Seitan's Realm #seitan chicken, topped with #dairyfree mozzerella, sun-dried tomato spread, and even a vegan pesto. It's served on a toasted ciabatta bun. Because the seitan itself is wheat and dense, this sandwich would also be good on their thinner sourdough! The #vegan pesto was seriously delicious 😋 and it truly brought this sandwich to life.
