Chef Special Vegan Pasta Dish

I've been here so much that they know me by name… and every time I walk out saying that was the best food I've ever had... hands down. The first thing I did (which you should do if you're vegan or have an allergy) is tell the waiter so everything goes smoothly & you never know you might get surprised by the chef making you your own special vegan meal (which the obstinate daughter is very accommodating). Our waitress (Whitney) was absolutely amazing! She made sure to check and make sure everything that was served was completely vegan and then listed off a bunch of pastas and pizza possibilities that the chef could make. She asked if I had any vegetables I didn't like and of course I said no then the chef whipped me up a pasta dish and let's just say it was the best, everyone at the table (non-vegans) enjoyed it also. Note (On top of this dish is bread crumbs not cheese)
