Char Siu Bao

This was without a doubt the best bao I’ve ever had, maybe even one of my favourite bites of food I’ve ever had. The bun was incredibly fluffy and soft, the seitan filling was sweet and sticky, the mayo sauce was rich and creamy, the lettuce gave it a little crunch and the pickles cut through the savouriness. So simple and yet so delicious. My cousin said she images this is what Krabby Patties tasted like😂 And, this is my 1000th review!! What a perfect way to reach 1000.

I just had an incredible -unplanned- dinner. We literally came to this place because we didn’t make a reservation in the initial restaurant we wanted to go and BOY OH BOY I was happy we got here! We are addicted to these Bao!! Grilled seitan in some kind of sweet/tangy/salty sauce with lettuce, vegan mayo and daikon radish (i think) in a pillowy soft Bao. oooh heavenly good....

This bao had amazing flavour, highly recommend! Only downside is that it’s not enough!! Very light and on the pricey side, but I would order it again and again!
