Ceviche Tostadas

like all their dishes, so perfectly presented. these guys were so light and fresh. and wow, the "fish" ceviche - texture is spot on, could be elevated with some sort of marinade cause these products tend to be bland. great dish, just needed some seasoning and maybe a better harmony/balance with the rest of the ingredients like the ponzu etc.

No fin ‘tuna’, tamari, ginger and sesame ponzu, guacamole, chickpea mayo, chilli, heirloom corn tostada, these are the best crunchy bites. The ‘tuna’ is made from konjac and the colour seems more like ‘salmon’ 🌱 #vegan #veganmexicanfood #nofish
