Cauliflower Tacos

Vegan dining at Disneyland, CA🧚🏽‍♀️ was happy to find a vegan-as-is option and one that’s pretty healthy. It wasn’t anything special, a bit bland and of course overpriced, but it’s a start. Hopefully more and more vegan options there in future!

These would be a bit bland if not for the avocado Padilla sauce. They really make the tacos. Next time I’d get the beans and rice sides instead of the chips for an extra oomph though.
