Carrot Cake

I was really treating myself to an unplanned #carrot day (now we know my love for this #vegetable ). Despite for a slice, it was expensive, this #vegan , #glutenfree #carrotcake was one of the best I've had. It was so moist, fresh and the icing was delicious. The best for me was that the #cake overall wasn't too sweet. I could have had another slice, that was how good it was.
