Cantaloupe Sherbet and Raspberry Sherbet with Sugar Cookies

This Farmers Market Summer Special consisted of vegan sherbet made in house with coconut milk. With bright and fresh flavors, the super sweet cantaloupe went beautifully with the tart raspberry sherbet and a little bit of lime zest.
