A perfectly balanced salad with all the ingredients perfectly cooked. The swaps were dressing for oil and vinegar and the feta for tofu. Both of these substitutions were recommended by the waitron after hearing I was vegan.
Remo’s has really upped its vegan offerings lately which I’m very happy to see. The salad was interesting in its texture and flavour and large enough to be filling, for me at least.
The salad is highly recommended but watch out for the dressing.
