Bun Hue

This is a very filling, spicy soup with noodles, various mock meats, and a healthy helping of fresh thai basil and sprouts on the side. More sriracha is provided if you dare to spice it up further. I recommend!

Probably my favorite soup ever! I always ask for no ❌ tofu skin because it has black pepper in it. They add extra “beef” and tofu for no charge which is so nice! The soup is lightly spicy with tender noodles and great meaty toppings!
