Buffalo Eggplant, Bakun, & Avocado Tortuga

OH MY GOSH. This is absolutely one of or the very best things I've ever eaten. 💯 Two Dollar is known for their Tortugas and breaky Tortugas (folded and grilled tortillas) This was stuffed with crispy breaded eggplant, coated with smoky dojo hot sauce, smokey coconut bacon, fresh avocado, shredded #cashew cheeze, pickled onions and jalapenos. It's also served with a of #housemade farmhouse #ranch dressing. This had so many different flavors, both smokey, tangy, #spicy with a hint of sweetness. This was quite literally heaven. I also love their #cashew cheese. The slices and shreds are so thick and creamy. The #coconut bacon also added a bit of a crunch. This was overall just fantastic. It was only $13 as well, and with all the ingredients, it's a fantastic value. Please order this! The tortuga is amazing! The tangy flavor of the eggplant and coconut bacon paired really well with the avocado and shredded cheese. The ranch dressing is a great addition on top of all of that!
