Buffalo Chik’n & Blue Cheese Mac & Cheese

Holy yum. This was absolutely decadent! Creamy, cheesy, the seitan was perfectly crispy, the blue cheese was authentic tasting. Just perfect! We got this as an appetizer 😂 #noregrets generously portioned. Love this spot! It’s kitschy diner style and has breakfast and lunch all day everyday plus everything is vegetarian but can be made vegan and many are vegan by default including the desserts! They also have traditional dinner style blue plate specials, daily specials and just the most insane menu of options to give you ordering anxiety but in a good way.

This is a great meal! I wasn’t convinced I would love it but it’s awesome! I wanted to go back and get it the very next day! 10/10
