Bruschetta 4 cheese and mushrooms

Ordered this on a whim at the last minute and so glad I did as it was so dreamy, I can’t fault it! It was the perfect starter that wasn’t too filling but definitely got my tastebuds excited for the rest of the meal. The bread had a great crust yet was still so soft, and the four cheese & mushroom sauce was just so creamy and divine 😍 #veganisnotscary #day65

A truly beautiful starter💞 The bread was high quality with a lovely soft centre and perfectly crunchy crust , this was then topped with the most beautiful cheesey mushroom sauce. The flavour was immaculate and I can’t find a single fault, definitely the best vegan Italian I’ve ever tried. The sauce could even be used in pasta or drizzled over seitan. The restaurant has a fantastic menu with a superb amount of options and I’d really really recommend visiting if your ever in Edinburgh! #veganisnotscary
