The breakfast buffet had really good vegan options, especially for a hotel breakfast.
There were a lot of vegan options, and a clearly marked vegan & gluten-free section.
The vegan and gluten-free section was very limited though, it had gluten-free breads, chiaseed pudding, and plantbased yoghurts.
This wasn't a problem as there were a lot more vegan options elsewhere, the only problem was that they weren't marked at all.
Each option had a small name tag, which in my opinion could have easily included the allergin information on them, but didn't. I asked the staff which of the many breads were vegan, and they found a list of allergens for me, which remained visible at least for the rest of my stay (I have included an image here). However, the list was only in Swedish. The staff clearly knew what vegan meant, i.e. no animal derived ingredients, but seemed to confuse it with an allergy, as they were quite insistent on me eating the gluten-free bread from the vegan and gluten-free section. Due to the little hassle in finding the information, I was hesitant to ask about other foods, although I expect there were still more vegan options.
The staff was still incredibly helpful and friendly! And I didn't go hungry by any means. 😄
