Braised Tofu

Very flavourful, I think they used fermented bean paste or beancurd? Fermented something 😂Love that the yam was braised long enough so it was soft and tender. The tofu was awesome too! Will go very well with rice but if you're at a buffet you wouldn't want to fill yourself up with carbs haha.
