Braised Ota Tofu Garlic Noodles

This place seems quite vegan-friendly with so many vegan dishes and vegan milk alternatives for drinks. We've had no problem with Banh Mi Up until this meal. This dish comes with braised #tofu, garlic wheat noodles,  parmesan cheese, green onions and mixed spring greens. I asked for no cheese and for this dish to be prepared completely vegan. They left off the cheese but served this dish with fish sauce 🤢 I didn't realise til I poured it all over my noodles. Thankfully I was refunded for this dish. I don't know if the fish sauce normally comes with this tofu dish, or if this was an accident, but beware when ordering here!  The tofu here is good.
