Braised Brown Rice Ramen

Taste was nice but pricey for the small portion. Two to three pieces of tofu, mushrooms and greens. Won't come here again unless no choice haha.

Dry stir-fried noodles with cabbage, bok choy, shimeji mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shredded carrots, and tofu. No mock meat used! Did not look anything like the picture in the menu hahaha but still tasted good with slight wok hey. (Allium-free, $7.90) #sgvegan

This has #tofu cubes, shredded #carrot, different types of mushrooms and cailan with springy #ramen #noodles in delicious dark savoury spicy sauce with a generous dollop of chilli. Costs $7.90 which is a tad expensive for #foodcourt fare, but this is a restaurant-quality meal. #sgcheapandgood #localfood

At S$7.90 for a pretty medium or even small portion by Singapore's standards, what exactly about it is so spectacular, you might ask 😄 Texture 🤌 I read another mislabeled review of this #ramen where they akinned it to yellow noodles https://app.abillion.com/reviews/635e35e1538a1d945bf9bcb0 🤥 Be not deceived for in my very unapologetically incapable of humility opinion, their opinion is categorically incorrect 🤪 This was great! The #noodles were soft, sure, but it's its lack of starchiness and how the glaze just melded over it that made it so good 😋 Yellow noodles, I love you honey, but you could never- 😚 I could do for more than 2 blocks of #tofu in a meal but the standard but always welcome selection of #taugeh, carrots 🥕, and a whole tonne of #mushroom 🍄 still make it up for me! I'm only sorry @m1tch9i's last meal here was a disappointment cause she would've ATE this 🙌
