Braised Bittergourd Tofu in Bean Sauce

Make sure that you really really like #blackbeansauce before you sign up for this, because they really don't go easy on the flavours here 🙂 It's a thick, dense sauce that coats the #tofu, #gluten strips, #bittergourd, and #carrot slices, from which there is no running away! I guess that's one way to handle/bury the bitterness of the gourd 😅
