Bourbon Burger

This doggone burger was AMAZING!!! I had to check and make sure I ordered an Impossible patty. I cannot get over it. Juicy, seasoned properly. One of the best burgers I have ever had. #Veganuary #SouthxNorthwest #VeganLifePDX

There were three choices of patty and I chose the deeply flavorful and nourishing house-made black bean patty. It was grilled in bourbon butter and topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and BBQ mayo. What a satisfying mix of savory and sweet. Served with fries.
