Bo la lot

Arguably better than the non-vegan version lol. So many layers to the texture and taste.

I am not sure ab this one. it’s not working. the mock meat is too soft, the texture is not pleasant.

This was probably my favourite dish here! As I've never tried it before,I didn't know what to expect, but it was delicious and I'm sure meat eaters would think it's meat if they didn't know! The filling I believe is made of mushrooms, wrapped in leaves.

Vegan version of the traditional Bo La Lot, where the beef is replaced by mushrooms. It was delicious!

This is a very traditional dish in Vietnam but in the classic version, pork is used. In this version, mushroom and soya is used - it is super delicious and the same!
