Awesome pancakes, very lightly spiced. Tasted better than they looked. Good amount of fluff. Vegan butter was great too

Argh, I can't stop thinking about this dish! I'm not much of a breakfast person, but my dining companion ordered this pancake (this is ONE pancake, people, and it was bigger than my head), and insisted that I try it instead of just demurely sipping my latte (which also was great, by the way). It was perfectly crispy in all the right places and light and fluffy in the others, with sweet blueberries and a hint of cinnamon to balance everything out. Now I'm obsessed and trying to figure out how to incorporate brunch at Sage into every single day just to get this pancake again. Give it a try, and you will not be disappointed!! #animalplace
