You can never go wrong with a classic. Vida's Plant-Based Butcher has a great classic BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) sandwich on their menu. It has locally sourced sourdough bread, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and the showstopper, their housemade seitan bacon. It is DELICIOUS. It has such a grear smokey flavor with a touch of sweetness. It's so enjoyable. You can buy deli slices, like bacon, in the shop as well. This was a good price at $10! #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #govegan #ditchdairy ##recyclable

This was a pretty good sandwich. The “bacon” had a Smokey flavor to it, but it was cold. I know the other ingredients on a BLT are cold as well, but makes me wonder what the flavor profile would be if the “bacon” were warm on this sandwich. 🤔 Overall, it was good and something I would have again.
