Bifinhos de Seitan com Cogumelos

This dish is so tasty and cozy. Everything is made perfectly. I’ve had this dish a few times and it always comes out perfect. The Seitan is one of the best I’ve had. They started making their own due to the store bought ones being too chewy and it’s worth it. It’s very soft but tasty. The caramelised onions with mushrooms are sweet, but I enjoy it.
