Bienenstich Donut

[Berlin] Muy rica, no se ve tan apetitosa como las demás pero el relleno es increíble.

The Bienenstich Donut has a vanilla cream filling and a sugary glaze with sliced almonds on top. All donuts from Brammibal's are simply amazing. Brammibal's only serve vegan donuts and they are sooo good. At first I thought that the price is a bit high, but it's totally worth it. Also they absolutely do not spare on fillings and toppings like other donut places. So I 100% recommend!

Ein der Donuts, die mein Freund zum Sonntagsfrühstück gegessen hat. Dieser hat ihm am besten gefallen, er meinte, er hätte sich nur über mehr kandierte Mandelblättchen gefreut. Ich habe auch ein Bisschen gehabt und für mich war der Donut zu süß, aber ich glaube, so sollte das sein 😅 die Füllung ist mit hausgemachtem Vanillepudding und die Glasur ist auch Vanille. 💸 €3,50 #veganinberlin #donuteatanimals

Super delicious vegan donut filled with homemade, creamy vanilla custard, topped with creamy vanilla glaze and coated in candied almond flakes. Tastes exactly like the famous German "Bienenstich" (bee sting cake). When in Berlin, I of course had to get a huge box of the divine Brammibal's donuts (see 2nd pic). Please don't be fooled by the appearance of the donuts in that pic, they got a bit damaged during transport but I promise they look just as good as on the other pics here on abillion. All donuts at Brammibal's are completely vegan and they have different locations all over Berlin (hopefully in other cities too one day). The restaurant is currently open for take-away or dining in without any Corona restrictions, but as restrictions in Germany are changing very quickly and all the time, make sure to inform yourself about them if you plan on dining in and don't have a complete vaccine passport or proof of recovery.

A vegan spin on a German classic! This donut is inspired by bienentsich or bee sting cake which is typically made of a sweet yeast dough and topped with caramelized almonds and filled with vanilla cream. This donut was right on the nose! So delicious and creamy!
