Beyond Souvlaki

This has two grilled Beyond Meat skewers with vegan Greek salad and hummus. Lovely flavors! Everything goes well together. The vegetables are nice and crunchy. My favorite part of the set is the feta cheese. It has a light texture but definitely tastes so close to the real one. #greek #veganin2022 #beyondsausage

If you like beyond meat, you will like this dish. Juicy, well seasoned. It’s a little pricey for that you get (just three pieces of beyond meat per stick) but that’s because beyond meat is expensive, so I don’t blame the restaurant for that. You can get single sticks for $7.50 or you can get the 2 sticks plus pita and homous (they spell it this way on the menu) for $14.
