A fun way to consume eggplants, but too oily and heavy for me.!

They just opened a vegan Chinese delivery business!! I had to try it. These eggplants were really good, and very spicy, and although I know that original recipe is very spicy (I have had it a million times in Shanghai), on the menu it had zero chillies rating. Bah. Anyway good dish/trip back to memory lane for me, but a distant taste to the original
