yay i love Bedok, so many veg options! ☺️ cai fan from Su Yuan Vegetarian.

this is one of the 2 vegetarian stalls at the Bus Interchange Hawker Centre. very unique dishes! i got stir-fried vegetables and tau kee knots. the stir-fried green veg was a real let-down... the stem was so hard and tough :-( but everything else tasted good. also tried some of my friend's fried tofu which was really yummy!! forgot to check if the batter was vegan though so rmb to clarify before you order. ($3.20)

RIP this was not.. great.... veggies were tasteless, mock meat was way too tough. maybe

it was just an off day, but tbh the other veg stall is better in terms of taste and variety!

I got this from Stall #01-45. Even though there are many choices, somehow not many

of the dishes really appealed to me, perhaps because most contained mock meat. Also thought they were stingy with the portions as can be seen from the photo. It's okay if you are just looking for a serviceable and cheap meal. The rice is better than the bee hoon which is a bit oily.
