After three courses and having skipped the signature dish (called Purple Rain, which looked soooo good!) we finally got this #maindish that looks like a painting. If the name is the less original of the whole menu, the taste didn't let it down: it was #sodelicious ! The star of the dish are the #portobellomushrooms steak on top of a wonderful #wildgarlic #bramata, a sort of rustic #polenta . They replaced the wild garlic oil indicated on the menu with a #basil oil which alone explains the prices of the menu: we asked how they did it, and it is such a long, complicated but passionate procedure. There is also #pepper from the Valle Maggia, a beautiful place in the italian speaking part of Switzerland. I do not remember what the orange spots were...
Compared with the other courses, the portion was generous. The owner even came to ask if we needed supplement, but we totally were satisfied with the quantity of food we had eaten.
Again, nice atmosphere, nice service, I totally recommend this place for special events.
