Baked Portobello Mushroom (vegan version)

At first, I asked for the tofu steak that they have on the menu, but they didn’t have any tofu left so I ordered this. It was with vegan cheese (they changed the “original” version so that I could have it vegan). It is a starter so the portion it is not big. Inizialmente avevo chiesto la “tofu steak” che hanno in menù, ma non avevano più tofu in cucina e quindi ho preso questo. Fatto con formaggio vegano (hanno cambiato il piatto “originale” per farlo vegano). È un antipasto quindi la porzione non è grande.
