Baked Eggplant Rollatini & Vegan Ricotta

One of those nut + #alliumfree dishes. Rather mediocre and unexciting with long cuts of baked, rolled #eggplant on a bed of #marinara sauce. Could infuse some texture so it doesn't become a yawning affair just to make up the numbers. Meh Value 👉 $50 (1/5 lunch set) #tomato #aubergine

This doesn’t look like much. But it was delicious! Served on marinara sauce, which worked really well. Am not a huge fan of eggplant. Unless it’s prepared well. And this was. 😊 This was part of the 7-course dinner.
