Bagel

On my never-ending quest to try all of the city’s vegan restaurants/café (seriously though, every time I visit one, a new one opens - and not complaining, just stating the facts🤣) , I have encountered this beauty. Interior design on point, and the service was amazing. They change the menu often, as the kind girl working there told me this was new on the menu, and indeed I see the other bagels reviewed here are different than what I ate. This bagel was truly one of the best I have tried so far, with scrambled tofu, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, chipotle cashew cheese, rocket salad and picked onion (🧅❤️). I will surely be back!

Sincerament, no recordo exactament el que portava (a banda de Philadelphia vegana, amanida, alvocat); però puc assegurar que era boníssim. La recomano molt. Si hi aneu, de ben segur que us recordaràn els ingredients molt millor que jo xd.
