Found this dish on special at a place I like to visit in Norwich because they have a great vegan brunch menu with good choices.
The dish itself was creative, I was trying something new and found baba ganoush to be like hummus but creamier. The cauliflower was full of flavour and cooked to perfection and on top of sourdough toast. £12.50 for the dish, a reasonable price for a city center café.
