Avocado Toast

This avocado toast is just what you would expect it to be! Simple and yummy. Nicely seasoned and topped with subtly caramelised tomatoes, a bit of pomegranate and thin biscuits made of seeds. I felt like this last element didn’t bring much to the dish though. Still, a good avocado toast and at a very decent price (7€).
