Avocado Toast

Oops I had a bite of it before I took the photo. It's slightly bigger than this. The avo mash is quite thick and creamy, I loved it. Generous with the pumpkin seeds too. The staff seem reluctant to confirm this is vegan even though they showed me the ingredients list and everything seemed vegan? French flour T65 and natural levain are..right? #abillionlove

This bookstore cum cafe has my heart! And this avocado toast is such soul enriching food! Lovely pumpkin seeds, not sure what the orange powder is and beautiful bread! And that plate though! Future home goals!! 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent dish. You can really tell the bread is vegan, and I mean it in a good way. Perfect for breakfast or lunch or dinner or any moment to be honest. I would add some salt cause why not haha.
