Avocado & Kale Tabbouleh

Me encanta el Tabbouleh y este se pasó!! Le agregaron palta y una limoneta que lo hacía aún más sabroso!!!!!

The lemony sauce on this added just the right amount of moisture and there was a good balance of crunch with the dried chickpeas on top and creaminess from the avocado slices.

Fat Prince has finally added some vegan options and they’re pretty good! This salad is a meal in itself with tons of toasted chickpeas and pine nuts added to the kale and avocado. Just a tip this is surprisingly filling! #tanjongpagar #fatprince #salad
