What a pricey, but great experience.
This resultant is like a buffet but you cook
your own food in a steaming ‘hot pot’ of broth (or water, like I did). You choose your ingredients, sauces, and sides and they bring it all uncooked to you.
Note that I opted for plain water as a broth and added my own spices to it (rather then reading the ingredients list for the vegetarian broth).
If anyone gets their hands on the ingredients list for that broth, spread your new found knowledge with the community :)
