Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. This large plate of #fries come topped with vegan #carneasada, guacamole, some sort of slightly spicy cream sauce, black beans and green onion. I wish the asada would have been a little crispier or more flavorful because it was one of those fake meats where you bite in it there is a lof of flavorless moisture in the beef.
