Aguachile

Aguachile is a traditional #Mexican dish sort of like ceviche, usually prepared with raw shrimp or fresh fish, marinated in a mixture of lemon juice, chopped chilies, cilantro, and other ingredients, but of course this was the #plantbased and #crueltyfree version 🐟💙 I wanted to like this but it was soooooo salty! I could barely eat any of it😢
