Aglio Olio With Baby Spinach And Olives

Right blend of the olives, pepper and could have been a bit more saucy.

@theminttobe shared some of this with me #vegbuddies and both aglio olio and tomato sauce from this stall are very good! This was really nice and fragrant and the olives were perfect with it. They use chilli flakes and not chilli padi, making it spicy but not excessively so. Go to this stall if you want good pasta 🍝
